The Blue Cell is excited to announce the release of our new ICS Positions & Features Learning Program.  This new series of courses on the ICS Command and General Staff Positions which is geared towards a practical application in today's world.  This program is designed for those who need to apply ICS practices quickly in the field and at many times wearing multiple hats.  Upon completion of a position course, the student will have a thorough working knowledge of an ICS position.  

 These courses are for adult learners and uses a blended/asynchronous curriculum. These are not the traditional week long position specific courses, rather a combined 12 hour position and section practical working knowledge. The ICS Positions & Features Learning Program courses will have 5 elements: 

1. Pre-work
2. Self-paced LMS
3. Virtual Coaching Session
4. Capstone Activity Project
5. Ongoing Mentorship
