Milestones that have defined our journey.
The Blue Cell journey began in 2009.
In 2010, The Blue Cell created the Advanced Planning Concepts Course which was accepted into the DHS National Training Catalogue.
2011 was the year The Blue Cell LLC created a full simulation site, Chelsea County USA.
In 2012, The Blue Cell LLC acquired the long-standing East coast exercise company, Command School TTX.
In 2012, TBC instructed 449 ICS Train the Trainer for Multiple States.
The Blue Cell LLC completed 200 courses and exercises in the 2014 calendar year.
In 2015, The Blue Cell LLC supported the Regional Operations Center for the 75th Sturgis Rally, a historic, highly-attended event.
The Blue Cell fully implements The NIMS Store in 2016, integrating products and services into one online store.
In 2017, The Blue Cell created the TTX Vault Online Exercise Store and Program.
The Blue Cell completed 250 courses and exercises in the 2018 calendar year - spanning across 23 States
The Blue Cell secured, moved into and built out the TBC Interactive Training Center in 2019.
In 2020, TBC received the Sole Source Contract to provide a Law Enforcement IMT to the Keystone Pipeline.
In 2021, The Blue Cell created and Introduced the first blended/virtual ICS Positions and Features Course.
In 2022, The Blue Cell created and introduced TaaS (Training as a Service) packages being exclusively sold by a new national product and services representative team.
In 2023, TBC began a series of large DOD and other Federal Entity contracts.
In 2024, The Blue Cell LLC launched the International Franchise Program in six countries (Canada, Great Britain, Australia, The Netherlands, New Zealand and Greece) along with a new product line R.A.W.
