Facilitated wargame features the use of Chelsea County USA, expandability to up to 40 participants in varying roles (Responders / Blue Team, Red Team, IMT, EOC, Agency Administration / Elected Officials and Observers. Facilitation team will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Other exercise enhancements (Situational Awareness Software, ICS Forms, Posters, Large map format, vehicles, large game pieces and CCUSA Printed Plans.
