This week The Blue Cell is celebrating its continued success and is proud to announce that Todd Manns has been appointed as the Private Sector Council Chief on the Board of Governors for the United States Emergency & Disaster Management Congress.
The United States Emergency & Disaster Management Congress is a nonpartisan, nonprofit [seeking 501(c)(6)] professional association dedicated to advancing the profession of emergency & disaster management.
Mission: The United States Emergency & Disaster Management Congress is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(6) professional association dedicated to advancing the profession of emergency & disaster management by influencing and shaping law through legislative advocacy, education, and through the establishment of a unified national emergency & disaster management professional standard known as the “model emergency management law” and shared governance. U.S.E&DMC is the professional association of and for emergency management professionals across the United States from all U.S. states, territories, and tribes both public and private.
