Denver— April 30, 2026
We are proud to announce a new chapter for The Blue Cell. Today, we officially welcome our new partners as we continue to scale our impact and accelerate innovation. These partnerships mark a strategic step forward, strengthening our ability to deliver smarter solutions, deeper expertise, and greater value for the organizations and communities we serve. We are energized by what is ahead and grateful for the trust and collaboration that made this milestone possible.
We are bolstering our capabilities through strategic alliances with:
EM Morning Brief
Start your weekday informed, aware, and ahead. EM Morning Brief, an EOC Voices Podcast, is your concise, AI-powered daily update on national and state-by-state emergency management news—delivered Monday through Friday. Hosted by Cedric, an AI voice created with Descript, this briefing uses advanced tools to gather and distill the most critical updates from reliable sources across the U.S. You will hear: National Headlines: FEMA updates, wildfire activity, severe weather alerts, and other federal-level developments. State-by-State Snapshots: Timely briefs from all 50 states—what is happening, who’s affected, and what actions are being taken. Built for emergency management professionals, first responders, policymakers, and engaged citizens, EM Morning Brief provides fast, consistent situational awareness—without the fluff.
The Response Team
With over 100 years of training experience, The Response Team is one of Canada’s most comprehensive providers of safety, emergency management, and business continuity training services. We work with a variety of industries and stakeholders across North America including oil and gas, municipalities, aviation, not for profits, NGOs, and others. We want to make sure that you are prepared properly and equipped with the knowledge and skill sets needed before, during and after an incident, emergency, or disaster. The Response Team has trained hundreds of organizations and individuals to recognize their inner hero by rising to the occasion and doing what needs to be done when it needs to be done.
Disaster and Accident Recovery Technologies (D.A.R.T.)
At DART, our mission is to reduce the human, operational, and financial impact of disasters by providing cost-effective, usable technology designed for the realities of emergency management.
We believe emergency professionals deserve tools that work as hard as they do—under pressure, in chaotic environments, and with limited resources. Disaster recovery is often slowed by disparate technology systems that prevent real-time communication and information sharing among field services. We offer modular platforms that provide unified, high-level space for participating organizations. Our systems connect groups like housing, case management, volunteer services, debris, substantial damage assessments & estimates ensuring information is conveyed rapidly, effectively, and conveniently. By improving collaboration and data sharing, our solution dramatically reduces the pain and difficulty of disaster recovery, and we can accelerate the speed of recovery and enable better, faster decisions
Resilience Collaborative
Resilience Collaborative LLC is dedicated to fostering resilience through risk analysis, emergency planning, and holistic organic products. With nearly three decades of experience as a first responder and emergency planner, Denise saw a troubling reality: many people live in constant “survival mode,” unable to plan ahead or prepare for the future. At the same time, the rapid rise of technology has led to the loss of generational knowledge—skills like food storage, gardening, basic economics, survival techniques, knot making, and even credit recovery. These essential skills, once passed down through families, have faded in a world of convenience.
Denise believes that rebuilding these foundational skills is key to creating a truly resilient society. That vision gave birth to Resilience Collaborative—a movement dedicated to empowering individuals and families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive, not just survive.
EM Disaster Gaming
Dr. Arthur J. Simental, CEM is the Founder of Simental Industries Ltd and EM Disaster Gaming. He is the creator of "Disaster Wargaming" and the "Emergency Operations Center Wargame Series". Dr. Simental created EM Disaster Gaming "Disaster Wargaming" to help prepare and educate communities for future emergencies and disasters so they can learn in a creative way how disaster response works.
Wargaming has been used famously by the military and defense community since the early 19th century as a way to prepare for and understand the impacts and consequences of war. This is a practice that he hopes to adapt and bring for the first time to the homeland security & emergency management community in an affordable and readily available way so that we can better safeguard the nation, communities, and families across all mission areas - prevention, protection, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery to achieve readiness for disasters and ultimately resilience.
The Balcony Guild
The Balcony Guild is the company behind the High Ground card deck and a growing suite of practical tools for emergency managers. Our products apply adaptive leadership principles and local program experience to the real conditions practitioners face: often under-resourced, working with limited authority, and facing problems that technical solutions won’t solve.
We also offer facilitation, planning, and emergency management services for organizations that need experienced, grounded support. Everything we do starts from the same premise: good leadership is a practice, not a position. The tools and the work are designed with that in mind.
Together, these partnerships reflect a shared commitment to preparedness, innovation, and resilience at every level—from individuals and families to organizations and communities nationwide. By combining trusted expertise, cutting‑edge technology, and creative approaches to training and awareness, The Blue Cell and its partners are redefining what readiness looks like in an increasingly complex world.
