The anticipation and anxiety that so many in the crisis and consequence management business have is hard to describe. 2025 in some ways represented the 2nd little hill on a rollercoaster ride after the big primary plunge that we called covid-19. The first big dip on a good rollercoaster gives a false sense of, “well that was the worst of it; the rest of the ride cannot be as bad.”
With so many things out of the control of The Blue Cell, LLC, all we can do is focus on the things that we can control. For 2026 we look forward to the following initiatives:

We are excited to not only re-introduce our updated and improved Chelsea County USA Site that is available via an updated website, but we are also offering it in app and print form. CCUSA is bigger and better than ever and is available in support of our flagship course, Advanced Planning Concepts: developing Incident Action Plans (NE-001-COMM) USFA’s O-305, Command and General Staff Course and on the exercise side in our IMT Development Workshop and as the focused location in our Disaster Wargame- EOC: Complex Coordinated Attack 8, Board Game. The first of its kind force on force board game.

The Chelsea County USA Fair scenario has also been fully upgraded and will serve as the primary activity in all TBC G 191, G 2300 and ICS 300 and ICS 400 courses in 2026 at The Blue Cell. In full scenario format it is still available as a DEMO (free Product) in TTX Vault, that is going strong both in the 8th year in the US and in year 2 through our Canadien Franchise holder, The Response Team.

The Resource Accountability Workshop is also being revised and now available for all Blue Cell customers. RAW is a comprehensive set of ever evolving practical tools to assist in the real-world situations on both the crisis and consequence management sides of the house.

All TBC products will be listed across common social media webstores in 2026 in addition to our phenomenally successful Shopify site www.thenimsstore.com. Select products will debut on contemporary commercial sites AMAZON, TARGET, and WALMART.com.

Lastly, we are working hard to debut a new podcast, informational show, called Inside the Command Post. This show will highlight excerpts from the weeks ICS courses that we are conducting, including reviews of key topics, cross referencing the use of ICS into basic leadership and management concepts and how to apply all to business, sports, and other aspects of life.
We are chasing the A.I. understanding and application like everyone else creating exciting times all the way around. As we re-define what we want The Blue Cell, LLC to be in 2026, and who we serve, the word is given. All Ahead Full.
