This legacy course examines the role, design and functions of Emergency Operations Centers ( EOC ) and their relationships as components of a multi-agency coordination systems. The course provides training about the staffing and organization, information, systems, communications and equipment needs at the EOC; activating and deactivating the EOC operations; and EOC testing training and exercising. 

It uses activities and case studies about EOC's and multi-agency coordination systems at the Local, State and Federal levels of government.

The target audience includes: emergency managers, EOC personnel assigned; first responders to include commanders from all disciplines, and private industry, and voluntary agency personnel responsive for coordinating activities during a disaster.  

 G Courses offered virtually are in coordination with Colorado DSHSEM / State Training Officer. All Blue Cell lead instructors are State Certified. Participants are welcomed from outside Colorado. Consult with your States Training Officer for any additional application or certification requirements.
